Abstract

Bukit Hibul Permai Housing is the largest housing complex currently located in Nanga Bulik City, Lamandau Regency. The developer of Bukit Hibul Permai Housing, namely PT. Berkat Surya Mahakarya must be able to meet the needs of the residents of Bukit Hibul Permai Housing so that residents feel satisfied living in the housing complex. This is to maintain the sustainability of the property industry, especially housing. This study itself is to analyze the level of resident satisfaction with public facilities in the housing they occupy and identify what variables must be improved and enhanced by the developer so that the level of resident satisfaction with the public facilities of their residence increases. The level of consumer satisfaction is based on two psychological perspectives, namely cognitive and affective. The methods used are Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) which will be processed using the SPSS program. From the results of the analysis above, it will be known how satisfied the residents of Bukit Hibul Permai Housing are with the public facilities of Bukit Hibul Permai Housing with the percentage index value. It will also be known what variables still do not meet the expectations of residents and are a priority for improving their quality.
