Abstract

Digital-based public service innovation has become an essential strategy for improving service quality and citizen satisfaction in modern public administration. Governments are increasingly adopting digital technologies to transform conventional service systems into more efficient, transparent, and citizen-oriented services. The integration of digital platforms in public service delivery enables government institutions to simplify bureaucratic procedures, improve service accessibility, and strengthen communication between public institutions and citizens. This study aims to analyze the role of digital public service innovation in improving citizen satisfaction and examine the factors that influence successful implementation. The research applies a qualitative descriptive approach using literature review and policy analysis related to digital governance and public service reform. The results indicate that digital innovation significantly contributes to improving service efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in public administration. However, challenges remain, including digital infrastructure gaps, uneven digital literacy among citizens, and institutional readiness in adopting new technologies. Strengthening digital capacity, improving technological infrastructure, and promoting inclusive digital policies are crucial steps to ensure sustainable public service innovation in the digital era.
