The Performance Analysis of Public Works and Spatial Arrangement Employees in Seruyan District

This research aims to analyze the performance of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Department of Seruyan Regency. Employee Performance is a key factor in determining that employees in the PUPR Service need strong encouragement and motivation from the leadership to achieve optimal performance. Assessment of employee performance involves two aspects: responsibility within the organization and achievement of set goals. The research results show that employee performance is greatly influenced by their ability to implement tasks effectively, quality of work results, skills in using equipment, and discipline in working hours. This research suggests the need to increase employee commitment and motivation as well as professional development to increase the effectiveness of public services.
